You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. Using the service or creating an account means you accept these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

crypto.vu provides data, models, historical analysis, calculators, and educational discussion. It does not provide brokerage, custody, legal, tax, or individualized regulated investment services. Nothing on the service is an instruction to buy, sell, hold, or allocate a particular amount.

Digital assets can lose substantial value, markets can become illiquid, models can fail, data can be revised, and third-party services can become unavailable. Historical relationships do not guarantee future outcomes. You remain responsible for decisions, account security, transaction verification, and professional advice you choose to obtain.

Provide accurate information, keep access links and devices secure, and promptly report unauthorized use. You may not share paid access outside the person or household expressly permitted by the checkout terms, impersonate another person, or use an account to evade a restriction.

The plan comparison lists Free, Standard, and Pro access. Standard starts at $16 monthly or $150 yearly. Six-month and Pro prices are listed with their full billing totals. Monthly, six-month, and yearly subscriptions renew for the same period until canceled through Membership. Lifetime Pro is a one-time payment with no recurring charge or scheduled access expiry. Access is granted after confirmed payment. Refunded or disputed lifetime payments can suspend access pending review. Existing subscriptions retain their existing billing terms unless changed through billing management.

You may cancel future renewals through the billing portal. Except where law requires otherwise or checkout terms expressly say otherwise, completed subscription charges are not prorated or refunded for unused time. Duplicate or unauthorized charges should be reported promptly.

Do not attack, probe, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, scrape at scale, automate extraction, republish substantial portions, sell access, train a competing model from protected output, or use the service in violation of law. Ordinary bookmarking, personal notes, and reasonable personal exports remain allowed.

crypto.vu software, original research, presentation, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. A subscription grants a limited, revocable, personal, non-transferable right to use the service. Third-party market data remains subject to its provider's rights and terms.

The service depends on data sources, exchanges, hosting, authentication, payment, email, and other providers that crypto.vu does not control. Data may be delayed, incomplete, revised, or unavailable. Links do not imply endorsement.

Features may change to improve accuracy, security, performance, or legal compliance. crypto.vu does not promise uninterrupted availability. Material changes to a paid plan will be communicated reasonably before they affect the next renewal when practical.

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. crypto.vu disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for market losses, lost profits, missed trades, third-party failures, or decisions made from the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Access may be limited or terminated for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the free service at any time and manage account export or deletion through account controls.

Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date. Material subscription changes will not be hidden inside retroactive pricing language. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
